Winner & Guests must claim prize by March 31, 2023 and take trip BY December 31, 2023.
REGISTRATION: People can enter the contest by registering online at KinderOutdoors.com. One entry per person online based on one email address. People can register online through Caribsea website on a promotion page/ad that links to the official entry page on KinderOutdoors.com Additional BONUS entries can be made through the eSNEAKPEEK process available to people who “Join the Monthly eSNEAKPEEKS” by signing up on the Kinder Outdoors website OR by joining the eSNEAKPEEKS by registering for any contests at designated events/locations. Additional BONUS entries can be prompted by social media promotion, mailings and on air announcements. Kinder Productions, Inc. will manage its BONUS entries, Caribsea will manage and enter their BONUS entries into the official registration online at Kinder Outdoors.com. Kinder Outdoors will maintain possession and manage the database for the drawing.
PRIZE: Each entrant email address and BONUS entries will be entered in the database. If the entrant does not have an email address, they will be entered by the last name. One Winner’s name will be randomly drawn from all registrations. For this contest, a winner will be allowed to transfer the prize to another person if done in writing. Prize includes (3) 3 Full Day Chartered Fishing Trips (“You & 2 Guests”), 1 full day offshore fishing aboard “Sunny I”, 1 full day offshore fishing aboard “Sportsman”, 1 full day inshore fishing aboard “Sunny I”. Plus, 5 nights stay at Casa Caribsea beachfront penthouse (Arrive Monday, Depart Sunday), breakfast, lunch, beer, snacks, and drinks provided on all charters. Ground transportation, San Jose International Airport to Jaco, Casa Caribsea beachfront penthouse also provided. Daily ground transportation condo to marina. Value $10,000. All costs associated with transportation to and from Costa Rica are the sole responsibility of the winner and guests and/or the person to whom the prize is transferred. The winner must take the trip BY December 31, 2023. Winner and Guests are expected to provide a customary crew tip of 20% daily rate.
RESTRICTIONS: Kinder Productions, Inc. & Caribsea have the right to refuse the winner and/or person transferred the prize/trip if valid concern about the legitimacy of the registration arises. The prize won cannot be exchanged for check/cash value. Kinder Productions, Inc. & Caribsea are not responsible for any injury to winner and/or guest during transportation to and from trip and during trip. Winner is required to Sign a Release/Liability Waiver before receiving the contest prize. Winner will be mailed a 1099 in the amount of $10,000 for 2023 from Kinder Productions, Inc. All radio stations airing Kinder Outdoors are exempt from any responsibility in this contest unless they have altered the contest or added to the contest ON AIR, their websites, social media postings, etc in any way. This prize is void if not claimed BY MARCH 31, 2023. An unclaimed prize will not be awarded to the first winner drawn.

Contests are open to legal residents of the continental United States 18 years of age or older (unless otherwise specified), except employees of Kinder Productions, Inc., News/Talk 820 WBAP, All KO Radio Stations in Network and Salem Radio Network and all stations in network, SiriusXM, Rural Radio, Citadel Broadcasting Corporation, their parent, affiliate, subsidiary, or successor companies, advertising and promotion agencies, contest prize suppliers, participating advertisers, sponsors, and immediate family members of the above.
LIMITATIONS: One winner per household, listeners can only win one Kinder Outdoors contest (including, but not limited to: phone in, email, or postal entry) once every 60 days. In the event of contests requiring telephone or fax entries, sponsors are not responsible for the inability of caller to complete the call within specified time whether due to telephone equipment malfunctions, disconnections, busy lines, or other circumstances. Only calls to the designated telephone number will be eligible to win. In the event of contests requiring mail entries (postal or electronic), Kinder Outdoors and its sponsors are not responsible for the timeliness of delivery or electronic malfunctions that may effect the delivery or content of the entry, neither are they responsible for misdirected, illegible, postage-due, or lost mail. Decision of the judges is final. All participants agree to be bound by these rules. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Winner is responsible for taxes of prizes valued over $600.00. Kinder Productions, Inc. will provide a 1099, in the year the prize is claimed, for the value of prize.
PRIZES: Prizes are specified within individual contest rules. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable(Unless ruled appropriate by the judges at the time of dispersing). No substitution or cash equivalent will be made. Kinder Outdoors, reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the awarded prize is unavailable for any reason.
CLAIMING THE PRIZE: Winners agree to come to one of the stations to provide proof of age and identity (photo identification a must) and to execute an affidavit of eligibility, indemnification, and release within 30 days of winning. Prizes can be mailed, so long as winner completes a mail release form and also provides copy of photo identification. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of prize. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
PUBLICITY RELEASE: Participation constitutes permission for Kinder Outdoors and Kinder Productions, Inc., without further obligation to the contest winner, to use winner’s name, voice, address, photos and likeness for promotional purposes.
